Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 2–3 days per week

Salary: £69,900–£97,700 GBP base salary per year, plus bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle recruiting for priority and hard-to-fill roles, from intake and assessment through offer acceptance.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, market mapping, competitive research, and labor-market intelligence.
• Advise senior hiring leaders with candidate insights, workforce trends, and data-driven recommendations.
• Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing, assessment quality, and effective selection decisions.
• Optimize recruiting workflows, ATS data integrity, candidate communications, and hiring-manager experience.
• Support scalable recruiting operations, employer-brand initiatives, continuous improvement, and peer mentoring.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of progressive, full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, defense, or regulated environments.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including market mapping, talent pipelining, competitive research, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
• Experience with structured interviews, rubric-based evaluation, recruiting analytics, ATS/CRM platforms, and process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder-partnership and influencing skills, with familiarity with UK/EU hiring practices and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

• Experience with Workday ATS.
