Senior Talent Specialist, US

Location: Boulder office, United States; office-first with regular in-person work as the default

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and business functions, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, workforce plans, and future capability needs.
• Build scalable recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and candidate pipelines as hiring volumes increase.
• Coach and enable hiring leaders to improve interviewing quality, assessment rigour, and hiring decisions.
• Support compensation benchmarking, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain the ATS, and identify opportunities to improve hiring operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in high-growth or global technology environments.
• Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, especially sales and marketing roles.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments while maintaining talent quality.
• Knowledge of United States employment laws, immigration requirements, and compliance.
