Staff Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote; candidates must be living and working in the United States, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Portugal, France, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, or Canada. Occasional in-person collaboration and an annual team gathering are available.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviewing, coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define needs, requirements, and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and application review.
• Guide candidates through coordinated interview processes across teams and time zones.
• Build and improve recruiting systems, processes, employer brand, and professional networks.
• Use data and feedback to optimize hiring practices and act as a culture ambassador.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth technology startups.
• Proven ability to close hard-to-find technical talent, including machine learning engineers and other specialized roles.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions as a trusted hiring partner.
• Experience building recruiting systems and tooling for scale.
• Experience working in international, remote-first environments and hiring across multiple geographies.
• Technology fluency, including experience applying AI to improve recruiting.
