Distribution Supervisor

What you will do

• Plan and follow up on daily and weekly packaging activities to meet customer demand.
• Manage and supervise warehouse pickers and packers.
• Coordinate special customer and internal requests.
• Create deliveries and ensure correct execution in the system.
• Monitor order fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
• Support traffic and quality departments while maintaining 6S standards in packaging areas and aisles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving mindset, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to supervise operational teams.
