Inventory

Location: Chicago, Illinois; must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor inventory integrity and maintain accurate product identification and storage locations.
• Perform daily cycle counts, physical inventories, receipt audits, reconciliations, and inventory searches.
• Investigate discrepancies, document damaged or non-conforming products, and publish weekly and quarterly inventory metrics.
• Use Factory Talk and Navision to process cycle counts and review inventory activity.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, material transfers, and warehouse organization.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while following safety and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of factory-related shipping and receiving experience.
• Relevant warehouse experience within the last five years and recent cycle-counting or inventory experience.
• Forklift certification and the ability to operate a forklift daily.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, including up to 70 pounds, and remain active throughout the workday.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. English reading and writing skills, basic math, computer literacy, and Microsoft Office skills are required.
