Inventory Control Supervisor

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and supervise cycle count programs based on ABC classification.
• Monitor inventory counts and ensure accurate recording of transactions in SAP.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage inventory adjustments in accordance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Prepare inventory performance reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Lead, train, and develop inventory analysts and cycle counters while coordinating annual physical inventory with Finance, Production, and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse management in manufacturing.
• Experience with variance analysis, root cause investigation, inventory adjustments, and internal control frameworks.
• Experience leading teams, including training, performance management, and development.
• Strong SAP knowledge, including cycle count transactions, inventory movements, stock analysis, and adjustments.
• Intermediate English proficiency; advanced Excel and intermediate to advanced Power BI skills.
