Inventory Control Lead

Location: On-site in Taiwan, with the role based in Taipei and work at contract manufacturer facilities; the listed locations are Taichung and Miaoli.

What you will do

• Oversee inventory transactions at contract manufacturers, including goods receipt, production consumption, output, scrap, and rework.
• Maintain accurate and timely inventory movements in ERP and WMS systems.
• Track component receipt-to-consumption flows and resolve physical-to-system variances.
• Reconcile NetSuite balances with contract manufacturer on-hand inventory and produce accuracy, discrepancy, aging, and obsolescence reports.
• Audit FIFO compliance and lead cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Partner with manufacturing, purchasing, planning, finance, and operations teams to improve processes and system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory accounting, materials management, or supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of FIFO, cycle counting, physical inventory counts, account reconciliations, and inventory control principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluency in Taiwanese and English is required.
• Comfort working on-site in Taiwan and overlapping with US Accounting team meeting hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with outsourced or contract manufacturing.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP.
