Location: Must be based in Kansas City, MO (Field-based position with 80% travel)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Visit hospitals and clinics to ensure the continuity of medical device provision for patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to manage patient care plans and transition processes.
• Ensure timely processing of documentation to prevent service delays and support revenue streams.
• Educate hospital and office staff on device order requirements and clinical workflows.
• Manage complex payer requirements to improve claims billing yield within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Must be based in Kansas City, MO and able to travel 80% of the time.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience navigating hospital and clinic environments.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare billing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics.
