What you will do

  • Coordinate registration and pre-registration activities for assigned staff and monitor daily productivity.
  • Track department performance metrics including point-of-service collections, wait times, overtime, and productivity.
  • Manage staff schedules, rotations, time off, call-offs, and staffing coverage.
  • Monitor upfront collection goals, provide coaching, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Lead staff training, audits, evaluations, process improvements, and assigned projects.
  • Support on-call operations, facility activities, department meetings, and communication with clinical and ancillary teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Certified Healthcare Access Management (CHAM) certification.
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification; certification is company paid.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business is preferred.
  • Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, verification, and hospital billing.
  • Ability to work on-site in Willard, Ohio, including an on-call rotation with days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

  • Associate or bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced use of AI and experience managing teams using AI to improve processes and technology.
  • Strong analytical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
