Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics): Supervising warehouse operations at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, from goods receipt and storage through picking, replenishment, inventory control, and dispatch, with an accent on customs compliance, stock accuracy, and team leadership. Focus on coordinating product flows between warehouses and stores, managing SAP and WMS transactions, leading audits and reconciliations, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.
Location: İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport, Turkey; onsite

What you will do
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, replenishment, and dispatch.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees by allocating workloads and monitoring performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, product traceability, stock rotation, and FIFO compliance.
- Coordinate product distribution between warehouses, stores, and operational locations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, airport requirements, occupational health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead inventory counts, stock reconciliations, customs inspections, audits, and corrective actions for damaged, missing, or obsolete inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a similar environment.
- Experience leading teams and managing people.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and customs-controlled environments.
- Advanced SAP knowledge, including transaction processing, reporting, and data management.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory management tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
