  • Ability to deliver on tight schedules and develop unconventional, creative solutions to technical problems.
  • Successful candidates must pass a US government-administered background check to obtain clearance for on-site work at the government partner location in Stennis, Mississippi.
  • Operations and integration assignments typically require a scheduled morning or evening shift.

Nice to have

  • 3D modeling and drafting experience, including GD&T.
  • Engineering fundamentals in thermal fluid systems and structures.
  • Hands-on fabrication experience with complex assemblies.
  • Experience with fluid components, large-scale fluid P&IDs, high-pressure gas, cryogenic fluids, flammables, or hydraulics.
  • Technical writing or documentation experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on, highly operational, and collaborative work with large-scale rocket test systems.
  • Opportunities to work across Design & Build, Operations, and Integration focus areas.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
  • Generous paid time off and sick leave, parental leave, and an annual learning and development stipend.
