Principal Digital Program Manager

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year

What you will do

• Drive software project and program delivery for the equipment management portfolio.
• Lead foundational platform capabilities powering dealer- and customer-facing applications.
• Manage project charters, communications, metrics, reporting, schedules, budgets, and project plans.
• Coordinate project teams from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.
• Monitor progress, identify problems, communicate impacts, and recommend solutions or alternatives.
• Lead change management and timely decision-making across multiple functional disciplines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of software program management and the software development life cycle.
• Strong decision-making, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control related projects and technical resources.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois; visa sponsorship is not available.

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Power BI.
