Sr Technical Account Manager - West (AI)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Advise a small portfolio of strategic customers on hirify.global platform architecture, deployment, expansion, upgrades, operations, and best practices.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and customers to define priorities, engagement plans, milestones, deliverables, and status updates.
• Provide hands-on technical support for security, data management, compute resources, MLOps, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain centralized technical account information, contribute to account strategy, and communicate feature requests to Product and R&D.
• Advise client technology leaders on companion technologies and technical strategies, including edge computing, deep learning, and advanced MLOps.
• Improve Field Engineering scalability through documentation, process optimization, and peer upskilling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong client communication skills and the ability to work across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Strong Linux systems administration and networking experience.
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems such as LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and the Kubernetes ecosystem, including setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning.
• Experience with Hadoop and/or Spark setup, administration, troubleshooting, and tuning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of Java.
• Knowledge of MLOps.
