Operations & Supply Chain Analyst/Specialist (ERP, Demand Planning): Coordinating product, customer service, and factory operations while supporting product data accuracy, demand planning, inventory management, and manufacturing execution with an accent on operational metrics, ERP master data, and supply chain processes. Focus on maintaining product availability, adjusting plans to supply constraints, and resolving issues that affect customer deliveries.

What you will do
- Coordinate operational activities between Product Management, Customer Service, and factory operations.
- Support product-related initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Monitor and communicate product availability, backlog, lead times, and other operational metrics.
- Maintain ERP master data, including product configurations, lead times, and bills of materials.
- Support demand forecasting, inventory parameter maintenance, pricing analysis, and management of aged, excess, or obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate RGA/RMA activities, support quality issue resolution, and adjust planning for supply constraints or operational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, product support, or manufacturing coordination.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain processes.
- Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
