What you will do

• Coordinate with Buyers and Planners to ensure production material needs are consistently met.
• Follow up with vendors regarding lead times and tracking to coordinate delivery dates.
• Collaborate with purchasing and engineering teams to resolve material shortages.
• Update material status and ETAs within the ERP system to maintain data accuracy.
• Notify project and production managers of shortages that could potentially impact production schedules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• 1+ years of experience in planning, customer service, production, inventory, logistics, or expediting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience with MRP/ERP Systems.
• Ability to type 120 WPM.
• Bilingual proficiency.
