Supply Chain Intern

Location: Brecksville, Ohio, United States; on-site work required, including at least one on-site rotation.

What you will do

• Support and lead supply chain and operations projects focused on efficiency, process improvement, and waste elimination.
• Assist with new product launches by maintaining master data in Infor LN, sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and analyzing supplier proposals.
• Perform supply chain analysis for forecasting, performance metrics, order management, commodity spend, and sales forecasts.
• Prepare cost reports, monitor cost changes, and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop departmental metrics, trend analyses, supplier performance presentations, and spreadsheet or pivot-table tools.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Sales, suppliers, and other hirify.global locations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, manage quick turnaround times, identify problems, and implement or escalate appropriate solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with customers, suppliers, employees, and managers at all levels.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and lift office products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
