Mobile Mortgage Advisor II (Commission only)

Location: Carbonear, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada; work activities can be performed remotely, with occasional on-site attendance at Carbonear-120 Columbus Dr.

Salary: Commission only.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Build client relationships and deliver a strong customer experience through flexible meetings and personalized support.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams on mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop a local-market sales plan to convert leads into new clients and generate business opportunities.
• Build referral networks with internal partners, community contacts, and external realtors.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgages.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, client service, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
