What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient times and locations while supporting their financial planning needs.
• Develop local-market sales plans to convert leads into new clients.
• Build relationships with Banking Centre teams, realtors, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Support clients with mortgage lending and documentation throughout the mortgage process.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of the local market and potential client base.
• Goal-oriented approach with a focus on client experience and results.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
