Mobile Mortgage Advisor (Commission Only)

Location: Thompson, Manitoba, Canada; coverage also includes The Pas and Flin Flon. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional onsite attendance required.

Salary: Commission only; incentive pay and benefits are offered according to applicable plans and program terms.

What you will do

• Provide personalized mortgage advice and product solutions to help clients achieve home ownership.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre teams on mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build relationships with community partners and realtors to create referral opportunities.

Requirements

• Banking and mortgage experience, including mortgage lending and documentation.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, business development, and client service skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and develop a client acquisition plan.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
• Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
