What you will do

• Provide clients with personalized mortgage advice and suitable product solutions.
• Meet clients at convenient locations and times while supporting their home ownership goals.
• Work with Banking Centre teams to deliver mortgage advice and comprehensive financial planning support.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client opportunities.
• Build referral relationships with internal businesses, external realtors, and community contacts.

Requirements

• Experience in banking and mortgages, including mortgage lending and documentation.
• Strong client relationship management, networking, and business development skills.
• Ability to understand the local market and develop opportunities through referrals and community connections.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
