Senior Technical Operations Specialist

Location: Coventry, England, United Kingdom. The role includes international travel throughout EMEA/APAC to support office operations and infrastructure initiatives.

What you will do

• Provide senior technical support across desktop, endpoint, network, telephony, mobile, and collaboration technologies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, and business application issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and relocate technology equipment and systems.
• Coordinate software deployments, patches, updates, and technology enhancements.
• Manage office technology environments and work with vendors and service providers.
• Contribute to global Technical Operations projects, security programmes, onboarding, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or at least five years of progressively responsible Technical Operations experience.
• Working knowledge of enterprise computing environments, networking, endpoint management, and related technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, endpoint management tools, networking technologies, VOIP telephony, and business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, organisational, customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle required; ability to lift and transport equipment up to 22kg required.
