Sr. Manager - SAP SCM

Location: Remote, US; corporate location in Parsippany, New Jersey. Travel: 25%.

Salary: $165,700–$240,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise solution architecture for the SAP SCM portfolio, including PP, manufacturing, QM, WM, shop floor control, and MES/Engineering integrations.
• Partner with business process owners to prioritize process needs and balance new initiatives with legacy support.
• Own the SAP SCM roadmap, including evaluation of non-SAP systems and the SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transition.
• Guide SAP SCM implementations from requirements through go-live in coordination with AMS support processes.
• Establish delivery metrics and report project, support, and system performance to IT and business leadership.
• Manage, coach, develop, and staff the SAP SCM functional team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, finance, or supply chain management.
• 20+ years of ERP and SAP experience, including hands-on SCM modules, MES integration, enterprise solution architecture, and roadmap ownership.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Integrated Business Planning processes, configuration, and best practices.
• 10+ years of experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems such as Ariba, Concur, and Workday.
• 10+ years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, performance management, and development planning.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or nuclear-adjacent manufacturing environments.
