Sr. Manager - IT Factory & Datacenter Services

Location: Hybrid role required to report to the Somerset, New Jersey office; occasional travel to factory, integration center, and data center locations may be required, with up to 20% travel.

Annual salary: $165,000–$185,000, including base salary. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery across global factories, integration centers, and corporate data centers.
• Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and 24/7 operational support for infrastructure services.
• Manage physical infrastructure operations, including rack and stack activities, cabling, power, cooling, deployments, migrations, and capacity planning.
• Lead asset lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment with HAM and CMDB processes.
• Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management, root cause analysis, automation, process optimization, runbooks, SOPs, and operational governance.
• Lead distributed service delivery teams and vendors while partnering with Network, Platform, Cloud, Resiliency, Security, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or service delivery.
• 5+ years of leaderhirify.globalp experience managing teams and operational functions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL service management practices, SLA-driven operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving.
• Experience supporting global, multi-site infrastructure environments and managing service delivery performance.
• Availability for major incident escalations, after-hours support, and support across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

• ITIL, PMP, cloud, or infrastructure-related certifications.
• Experience supporting factories, integration centers, or corporate data centers.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, including ITSM, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management.
• Experience with global delivery models and offshore teams.
