Financial Services Representative - Mascouche

Location: On-site full-time in Mascouche, QC, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide guidance on cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans to support clients' goals.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and networking.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Critical thinking, teamwork, accountability, and willingness to continue learning.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
