Financial Services Representative II

Location: On-site full-time in Fort Nelson, British Columbia, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and provide tailored financial guidance.
• Recommend solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with relevant banking specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and strong in critical thinking.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with a diverse network of partners.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location in Canada; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
