Financial Services Representative II (Banking)

Location: On-site full-time in Winnipeg, MB, at the Winnipeg-HendersonHwy&Kimberly banking centre; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres, including evenings and weekends, is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, networking, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal partners and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking adoption.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first mindset, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to multiple nearby banking centres.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
