Financial Services Associate (Financial Products)

Location: Vancouver-Lonsdale & 16th, Vancouver, BC; on-site full-time

What you will do

• Partner with Financial Advisors to support high-value clients and help them secure their financial futures and establish businesses.
• Provide administrative and client support within the Imperial Service Team.
• Answer client questions about cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, and maintain schedules.
• Identify business growth opportunities and improve team productivity.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and support multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection products.
• Strong client engagement, problem-solving, listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take accountability for client issues and collaborate on solutions.
• Ability to work full-time on-site and travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
