Continuous Improvement Specialist III (Industrial Engineering)

Location: Onsite in Santa Ana, California, 5 days per week, with occasional travel 3–4 times per year. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $102,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis using Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, and related continuous improvement methodologies.
• Independently manage moderate-scope improvement initiatives and recommend sustainable, data-driven solutions.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen workshops, coordinate cross-functional participation, and document outcomes and controls.
• Develop and maintain standard work, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Define KPIs, analyze operational and financial data, and prepare dashboards, business cases, and ROI estimates.
• Advise managers, communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, and support training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with limited professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, provide advisory recommendations, and work with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• United States work authorization is required; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; certification is required within a defined period if not already obtained.
