Industrial Engineer V - (E5) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required approximately 25% of the time.

Salary: $154,000–$212,000 per year.

What you will do

• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Lead rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and contribute to strategy and execution discussions.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Optimize operations and business processes to improve performance, reduce cycle time, and lower costs.
• Apply program management discipline to maintain initiative scope, schedule, and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry or consulting.
• Expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience working across cross-functional business teams in a matrix environment and influencing without authority.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of service business management, product development, financial reporting, and Lean/Six Sigma methods including DMAIC and Kaizen.

Nice to have

• Python and Applied Smart Factory APF experience.
• Management consulting or internal consulting experience.
• MBA or master’s degree in engineering, equivalent business experience, or Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
