Financial Services Representative - Universal Banker - Ste-Julie

Location: On-site full-time in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and financial goals.
• Recommend tailored solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing, and networking activities.
• Connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists and opportunities.
• Help clients use mobile banking applications and other digital banking tools.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Digital literacy and the ability to explain banking technology to clients.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified Canadian location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Full-time on-site availability and flexibility to work across nearby banking centres, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
