Manager, North America Supply Chain Contract Management (Supply Chain)

Location: In-office in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, South Florida, Monday through Thursday; work from home on Fridays. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.

What you will do

• Lead contract lifecycle management for NASC-owned sourcing agreements, including drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance monitoring, renewal, and termination.
• Coordinate with Legal, Supply Chain, Finance, business stakeholders, risk management, compliance, data privacy, and external suppliers.
• Maintain the contract repository and enforce standard templates, approval workflows, and timely execution.
• Improve contracting processes, tools, policies, standard operating procedures, training materials, and performance metrics.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three contracting professionals while assigning responsibilities and balancing workloads.
• Govern agreements covering more than $1 billion in spend and hundreds of contracts, escalating issues and resolving approval obstacles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience managing corporate contracting efforts.
• Experience working across Legal, Sourcing, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Strong commercial agreements, negotiation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work from the designated South Florida office Monday through Thursday and be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
• Ability to travel less than 25%, with shipboard travel likely.
