What you will do

• Navigate customs regulations and ensure goods comply with international laws.
• Manage documents and data required for customs clearance through U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
• Collaborate with international clients, shippers, logistics partners, and government agencies.
• Use hirify.global technology to optimize customs processes and provide data to clients.
• Participate in client business reviews and operational calls.
• Follow and improve standard operating procedures for customs operations.

Requirements

• Recently earned a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Compliance-first mindset with strong integrity and commitment to regulatory adherence.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and manage a high volume of tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and openness to feedback.
