IT Engineer (Web3)

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Configure and maintain core IT systems including Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare.
• Manage the full lifecycle of vendor relationships, including procurement, contract renewals, and negotiations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor account matters.
• Collaborate with IT Operations to translate operational needs into system configurations.
• Lead projects autonomously while keeping senior management informed.
• Participate in an IT on-call rotation and provide operational support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, preferably in regulated or SaaS-heavy environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT stacks, specifically identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience in vendor relationship management, procurement, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to work autonomously with high ownership in a small team.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, crypto, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Cloudflare Zero Trust.
• Experience with ITSM or change management tooling like JSM.
