TL;DR

Salary: $75,000–$80,000/year (OTE $83,000–$88,000/year)

What you will do

• Provide in-person and remote IT technical support to employees
• Manage account provisioning and de-provisioning via Okta and Google Workspace
• Support macOS and iOS hardware deployment and troubleshooting
• Provide in-office AV support for conference rooms and live events
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage hardware procurement
• Write knowledge base articles to educate and support employees

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in New York City
• Proficiency in administering Apple computers and mobile devices
• Experience with Google Meet and Zoom device configuration
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks
• Excellent communication and writing skills
