What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operational support and maintenance for critical infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Lead incident management, including technical deep dives, root cause analysis, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate vendor activities to ensure operational tasks and service requests are completed effectively.
• Review and assess technical changes and implementation plans to ensure alignment with security and architectural standards.
• Support infrastructure modernization and technology refresh programs while maintaining system stability.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure successful delivery of technical initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in infrastructure or platform operations.
• Experience supporting production or mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical understanding of virtualization, operating systems, storage, backup, and networking.
• Experience working with vendor-supported operating models and managing external support teams.
• Experience supporting technical project delivery, including coordination and risk tracking.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in government or public sector settings.
• Data center operations experience.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization platforms such as Docker or Kubernetes.
