Senior Analyst, GTM Finance (AccessOne)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada, with EST or CST working hours

Salary: $95,000–$105,000 USD/CAD per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and long-range planning for the AccessOne business.
• Build and maintain financial models covering portfolio economics, pricing strategy, and scenario planning.
• Partner with Deal Desk to evaluate complex pricing requests, custom deal structures, and new offerings.
• Monitor portfolio and client performance through dashboards and recurring analytics, identifying trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Product, commercial leaders, and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Improve financial processes, documentation, reporting, and pricing governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited four-year university.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, pricing analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including independently building, auditing, and maintaining complex multi-variable models, pivot tables, dynamic formulas, and scenario models.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada and work within EST or CST hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, financial services, revenue cycle management, or another analytically rigorous environment.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, or similar FP&A platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification.
• Experience in a post-acquisition or integration environment.
