Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance

Location: Hybrid position requiring in-office work in New York, NY and remote work

Salary: $109,000–$135,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for the Annual Operating Plan, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and monthly business reviews.
• Own elements of the rolling long-range financial model and support scenario analysis.
• Prepare recurring financial reporting and synthesize financial and operational data into actionable business narratives.
• Support finance business partnerships, business case development, investment decisions, and cross-functional planning.
• Develop financial models for new products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Use AI to improve and automate FP&A processes, systems, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, STEM, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong ability to build and maintain multi-driver financial models.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear business narratives.
• Knowledge of operational and financial value drivers and the ability to communicate with non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain financial concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with three-statement financial modeling.
