Salary: $95,000–$110,527

What you will do

• Support the annual operating plan (AOP), monthly reforecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• Maintain and enhance forecast models for ARR, bookings, revenue, churn, and expansion.
• Analyze critical SaaS KPIs including ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC, and gross margin.
• Act as a finance partner to Sales and Marketing (GTM) leadership to align on bookings targets and pipeline efficiency.
• Prepare recurring management reporting packages, executive dashboards, and board materials.
• Improve FP&A processes through automation, modeling enhancements, and system integration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A exposure in a SaaS or software environment.
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue models and unit economics (ARR, NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC).
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with expert-level Excel proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (excluding specified restricted states/territories).

• MBA degree.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or vertical market software.
• Experience with HFM/PBCS.
• Experience with BI tools.
