Fulfillment Center Lead

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations.
• Mentor team members and provide training and development to improve performance and support individual growth.
• Track production metrics, use data to develop continuous-improvement strategies, and report results to management.
• Support the fulfillment center manager and area manager in developing long-term operational plans.
• Rotate across shifts or departments and work extended hours and holidays when required.
• Complete shift handoffs, reports, and timecard reviews, including arriving early and staying after the shift.

Requirements

• Experience as a team member in inbound or outbound fulfillment operations.
• Understanding of safety procedures and ability to ensure safe working practices.
• Ability to document accidents and incidents promptly.
• Proactive approach to obstacles, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work on-site in Dallas and cover extended hours, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
