Warehouse Lead

Location: Plano, Texas; onsite five days per week

Hourly range: $28.00–$32.00

What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff by assigning tasks, setting goals, giving feedback, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, audits, stock movements, incoming mail, supply orders, and discrepancy controls.
• Improve warehouse layout, inventory placement, task prioritization, and operational efficiency while overseeing safe equipment use.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports to support operational decisions and planning.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, headquarters, other departments, and internal customers.

Requirements

• Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general PC skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, prioritize tasks, make decisions, and act with urgency.
• Must be able to work onsite in Plano, Texas five days per week and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
