Warehouse Lead (Ecommerce)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: Starting at $18.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates.
• Help run daily warehouse department operations.
• Lead the department when the supervisor or manager is unavailable.
• Use inventory management systems and technology to support accurate fulfillment operations.
• Identify and solve operational issues while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• At least 1 year of warehousing experience.
• Experience with inventory management and inventory systems.
• Experience with cycle counting.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
