Warehouse Lead (Logistics)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse work

Salary: $20–$23 per hour, depending on location.

What you will do

• Run daily shifts, open and close the location, deploy the team, and maintain operational standards.
• Own building readiness, including cleanliness, safety, equipment checks, member-facing spaces, vendors, checklists, and audits.
• Direct floor operations across dock, receiving, and services while coaching team members in real time.
• Train new employees and provide day-to-day support, feedback, and judgment on operational issues.
• Support members through questions, problem-solving, tours, onboarding, service setup, and early account support.
• Use reporting and scheduling tools to track output, monitor demand and capacity, submit daily reports, and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of team leadership experience in operations, retail, hospitality, warehousing, fulfillment, or a similar environment.
• Experience running shifts and maintaining operational standards.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on floor work and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication skills, including direct feedback, escalation, and coordination with the Location Manager.
• Experience in warehousing, fulfillment, retail, or similar operations.
• Comfort with or willingness to learn Slack, Parsel, Shopify, scheduling systems, reporting tools, and shipping platforms.
