Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States; on-site
Salary: $23–$24 per hour. Back-half Thursday–Saturday schedule includes a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

What you will do
- Lead a specific warehouse department and flex to other areas as needed.
- Guide and train new and existing associates on warehouse guidelines and updated procedures.
- Oversee daily work areas and maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Conduct proactive audits, identify problems, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure tasks and problem-solving items are completed before the next shift.
- Support floor operations and communicate respectfully when product quality is at risk.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- At least one year of experience in a quality, lead, or training role.
- Strong problem-solving, motivational, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Gmail, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours and repeatedly lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use a pallet jack and push or roll carts.
Nice to have
- Spanish bilingual skills.
