Warehouse Lead (Warehouse Automation)

Location: Onsite in Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA. Second shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.

Salary: $25.96–$35.96 per hour, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team while coordinating daily operations.
• Manage material handling, inventory movement, shipping, receiving, repair materials, and customer orders.
• Execute SAP S/4HANA EWM transactions, including customer sales orders, stock transfer orders, inbound RMA sales orders, inbound deliveries, and bin-to-bin transfers.
• Process UPS shipments and coordinate truck shipments for RMA materials, repaired bots, and parts.
• Use SAP reporting and Microsoft Excel to track KPIs, transactions, and warehouse performance.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load and unload bots, prepare shipments, record serial numbers, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, materials handling, storage layout, and shipping and receiving.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and relevant fulfillment and receiving transactions.
• Experience processing UPS shipping transactions for RMA materials and repair parts.
• Leadership, organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Wilmington, USA, on the second shift and meet demanding physical and safety requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, moving items up to 80 pounds, climbing stairs, and working at heights up to 45 feet.
