Global Head of HR

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and align regional HR Business Partners across EMEA, AMER, and APAC.
• Act as the global escalation point for complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations cases.
• Lead HR workstreams for new international entities and office launches, including policies, compliance, benefits, and onboarding.
• Own global HR policies and handbooks while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Oversee performance reviews, succession planning, compensation cycles, global mobility, visa requirements, and cross-border transfers.
• Provide the Chief People Officer and senior management with insights on retention, engagement, and headcount.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including 2–3 years managing HR Business Partners or HR professionals.
• Experience working across at least two of EMEA, AMER, and APAC, with knowledge of regional employment practices, labour laws, and cultural differences.
• Strong track record resolving complex and high-risk employee relations cases.
• Practical experience establishing HR frameworks, policies, or employment contracts in new international territories or offices.
• CIPD accreditation or an equivalent international HR or legal qualification.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, judgement, discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a data-driven approach to HR initiatives.
• Formal coaching qualification or demonstrable coaching leadership experience.
