What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders across Commercial and Outdoor to define and deliver people plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead organisation design, workforce planning, talent, culture and performance initiatives.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, people operations and change management programmes.
• Coach and develop a team of People Partners.
• Support leaders with complex employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Use HR metrics and data-driven insights to guide short- and long-term people decisions.

Requirements

• Proven senior HR or Head of People experience with expertise in organisation design, employee relations, culture and succession planning.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing HR or People teams.
• Commercially aware approach to people strategy and a strong understanding of how businesses grow and perform.
• Ability to implement initiatives at pace, simplify complexity and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, coaching, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work from the London location.
