What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to shape people plans, organization design, and performance culture.
• Oversee people operations, including hiring, onboarding, and the delivery of change management programs.
• Partner with Talent and TA teams to manage development, succession planning, and talent attraction.
• Coach and develop a team of People Partners and provide guidance on complex employee relations.
• Drive engagement through wellbeing, culture initiatives, and Diversity & Inclusion programs.

Requirements

• Proven senior HR or Head of People background with strength in organization design and strategic thinking.
• Track record of applying a commercially aware, ROI-led approach to people strategies.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
• Strong analytical capability and experience using HR metrics to shape short- and long-term plans.
• Mature communication style with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
