Senior HR Business Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and teams across the global technology organization.
• Shape organizational structures, roles, and operating models as teams scale.
• Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Lead performance, talent, succession, and critical talent discussions.
• Identify and address engagement, retention, capability, and team effectiveness challenges.
• Translate business priorities into people and organizational strategies and help build scalable People practices.

Requirements

• Significant senior or Director-level HRBP, Head of People, or equivalent experience.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Research, Product, Applied AI, or similarly technical teams.
• Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with leaders and teams across multiple countries and regions.
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to operate with autonomy in complex environments.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with strong judgment, empathy, and pragmatism.
