Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and coordinate product projects of varying scope with internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in prioritization discussions and help build and clarify the product roadmap.
• Conduct user surveys and interviews to gather and synthesize customer insights.
• Navigate data tools and datasets to generate conclusions for product roadmap and execution decisions.
• Define measurable success metrics and support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with a willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders and timelines, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Interest in serving underserved communities.
