Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $175,000–$250,000 annual starting salary plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Define and develop nascent product projects from initial concept through launch.
• Own 2–3 complex projects at different stages of development.
• Deliver products quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Use daily customer feedback and frequent deployments to improve the product.
• Support roadmap development, sprint planning, and long-term product vision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Track record of building fintech products, ideally in a B2B or platform company.
• Understanding of platform development rather than custom software delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reason through complex problems.
• Comfort communicating with diverse stakeholders in high-stakes situations, ideally including large institutional customers.
• Intellectual curiosity, humility, strong listening skills, and ability to ask effective questions.
