Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site in New York City or Berlin; candidates must be based in New York or Berlin or be willing to relocate.

Annual US base salary: $150,000–$200,000 plus equity. Compensation varies by experience, expertise, and geographic location.

hirify.global is building a regulated programmable bank with its proprietary Marble core banking system, serving international fintechs and non-US banks through dollar, euro, and stablecoin clearing.

What you will do

• Own the Banking Experience domain across DDA, FBO, and virtual accounts, API, dashboard, IAM, and the end-to-end customer experience.
• Take ownership of the team roadmap, ways of working, prioritization, and day-to-day product decisions.
• Work directly with customers to understand account setup, API integration, dashboard usage, and unmet needs.
• Partner closely with design and engineering to develop account products, developer interfaces, and customer workflows.
• Unblock engineering, make architectural and prioritization decisions, and ship company-critical projects.
• Evolve the platform roadmap based on live customer adoption and the products customers build on top of hirify.global.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end experience owning and building banking, fintech, or developer platform products.
• Technical fluency to participate in architectural decisions and API design discussions with engineers.
• Experience in customer-facing work, including pitching, demonstrating, and closing early adopters.
• Ability to operate autonomously, make hard prioritization decisions, and deliver alongside an engineering team.
• Based in New York or Berlin, or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work on-site and engage directly with customers as part of day-to-day product work.

Nice to have

• Strong banking experience spanning accounts, developer experience, and customer-facing interfaces.
• Experience applying AI to expand the scope of product management work.
