Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: On-site in New York City or Berlin; candidates may also be willing to relocate.

Annual US base salary: $150,000–$200,000 plus equity

hirify.global is building a regulated programmable bank with a proprietary core banking system, serving international fintechs and non-US banks through dollar, euro, and stablecoin clearing.

What you will do

• Own the Banking Experience team, roadmap, ways of working, and product decisions.
• Define account structures that provide flexible building blocks for customer products.
• Design intuitive interfaces, APIs, and dashboards based on customer workflows.
• Work closely with design and engineering, including architectural discussions and daily execution support.
• Engage directly with customers to understand use cases, demo products, and support early adoption.
• Scale the platform as deposits, account holders, and customer-built products grow.

Requirements

• End-to-end experience owning and building banking, fintech, or developer platform products.
• Technical fluency in API design and architectural discussions with engineers.
• Experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products in infrastructure, finance, or developer tools.
• Strong opinions on information architecture and simplifying complex products.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including pitching, demonstrating, and closing early adopters.
• Based in New York or Berlin, or willing to relocate.
